IGG Account Assistance Service Agreement
It is an unfortunate side effect of having a great character that occasionally a player's account may get hacked or sometimes a player may make a mistake and lost items, equipment, characters and so on. To make sure our loyal players have place to turn to in troubled times, we have launched the IGG Account Assistance Agreement.
General
1. The service applies to the following IGG games:
AO; AB; GWO; MWII; TOP; TOF; VCO; WLO; ZU; LO; IGG Social Game.
2. The purpose of the service is to provide a resource for players who need help recovering an account, their character's or their items that have been lost or stolen.
3. This service is available to all players who comply with and meet the requirements we provide. VIP players are able to enjoy both this service and exclusive VIP privileges.
4. IGG reserves the right to final interpretation and determination of how this service is applied and the right to amend the service content and details at any time without prior notification.
Service Requirements
1. Have at least one legal IGG account.
2. Accept all terms and conditions of this service agreement. Players imply acceptance of all terms and conditions when they apply to use this service.
3. All items, characters and account info that players are applying to recover must have been legally obtained beforehand and not in conflict with any other IGG rules covering bug exploitation or code hacking.
4. Players must apply to use this service and we reserve the right to accept or deny the application depending on the circumstances.
5. Acceptance of any other relevant conditions IGG requires during the entire recovery process.
Service Expiration
If any applicants knowingly lie about any of the information they present to us during the process, the application will be immediately denied, and we will seek punitive measures as we deem necessary, including but not limited to account suspension or closure. Any players attempting to commit fraud using this service will face immediate and permanent account closure and possible legal repercussions.
