Service Rules
1. Lost Gear compensation
a) If your account is hacked, and you want us to recover your gear, you can apply for this service.
b) This service is only available for characters Level 70+.
c) Items recovery must be the main equipment but we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover everything.
d) Accounts that have been hacked need to be reported within 7 days.
e) Compensate main gear losses resulting from hacked accounts once per year.
2. Accidentally deleted character
a) Only characters that have been accidentally deleted can apply for this service.
b) This service is only available for characters Level 50+.
c) We will do our best to recover all info about the deleted character, including skill level, reputation and quest record. But we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover everything.
d) Deleted characters need to be reported within 30 days.
Service Charge
200 IGG points are required to use the service of Lost Gear Compensation, and the character recovery is free.
If you wish to use the Lost Gear Compensation service, please purchase the Lost Gear Compensation Card for 200 points in our Item Mall. After buying the card, you will need to login at our Service Center to submit any relevant information concerning the lost gear. We will offer the service to you after confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is the result of giving out account information. If the information provided by the players is incredible, we reserve the right to punish players as we see fit, including but not limited to suspension of this privilege or account banning.
