Service Rules
1. Account hacked, and recover lost gear
a) If your account is hacked, and you want us to recover your character and gear, you can apply for this service, however the service is only available for once a year.
b) We can recover your character's skill levels, reputation, nationality, rank, warehouse capacity, quest record, bound gear(the item that cant be traded or have been bound by Security Lock or Binding Stone), the items sold to NPCs, and the items destroyed by characters themselves.
c) You should notice that this service is only available for those players who have reported their character lost within 15 working days of noticing. So if you lose your account, contact us as soon as possible.

2. Accidentally deleted Character
a) If you accidentally delete your character then you should apply for this service.
b) We can help you to recover your character's skill levels, reputation, nationality, rank, warehouse capacity, quest record, bound gear(the item that cant be traded or have been bound by Security Lock or Binding Stone)the items sold to NPCs, and the items destroyed by characters themselves.
c) You should notice that this service is only available for those players who have accidentally deleted their characters within 15 working days of applying, so if you do this to your character, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Recover a guild
a) If you have accidentally dismissed a guild, (which can then become the cause of changes in social relations) then you should apply for this service. We will help you to recover the related data.
b) You should notice that this service is only available for those players who have accidentally dismissed their guild within 15 working days of applying, so if you have done this to your guild, then contact us as soon as possible.

Service Charge:
100 VC Points each time

We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is the result of giving out account information. If the information provided by the players is incredible, we reserve the right to punish players as we see fit, including but not limited to suspension of this privilege or account banning.
