Service Rules
1. Accidentally deleted character.
a) Players applying for this service must first attempt to recover the character using the relevant registration email.
b) There must be enough character slots to restore the character to the account.
c) If we can verify that the account or character was deleted because it was lost or hacked, we will do our best to recover all character info, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover everything.
d) Lost or deleted characters need to be reported within 7 days.
e) Do not create a new character until character recovery has been completed.

2. Gear and Item Recovery
a) This service is not automatic, you must apply for it and the information provided must be verified before anything is returned.
b) Items that have been lost or hacked need to be reported within 7 days.
c) We will only attempt recovery of virtual property under the following circumstances:
1. A documented bug or server issue.
2. Reason's beyond a player's control.
3. Accidental deletion (items and in game currency) or sale to a vendor.
4. The account was hacked.
d) If items were removed from the account because of hacking, we will remove them from whatever account they ended up in and return them.
e) Items we may attempt to restore:
1. Items essential to character development that players cannot recover themselves.
2. Items lost due to the player being disconnected.
3. Items used to create equipment that does not match the clan of the creator.
4. Items mistakenly purchased because of incorrect item names or descriptions. 

Service Charge
This service is free, but limited to one user per year per account.

Note
This limit does not apply if the lost character will negatively affect game balance.

We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is the result of giving out account information. If the information provided by the players is incredible, we reserve the right to punish players as we see fit, including but not limited to suspension of this privilege or account banning.
