Service Rules
1. Account hacked, Recover lost gear.
a) If your account is hacked, and you want us to recover your gear, you can apply for this service.
b) Gear recovered will be basic gears without added gems, attributes and so forth, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover everything.
c) Accounts that have been hacked need to be reported within 7 days.
d) Recovered items will be returned to the proper account during the next regularly scheduled maintenance.

2. Accidentally deleted character
a) Only characters that have been accidentally deleted can apply for this service.
b) We will do our best to recover all character info, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover everything.
c) Deleted characters need to be reported within 30 days.
d) Do not create a new character until character recovery has been completed.
e) Recovered character will be returned during the next regularly scheduled maintenance.
f) Players found to transfer items deliberately will probably lose the chance to recover their character.
 

Service Charge
100 IGG Points are required to use each service, and this service is only available once a year for each account. The points will be deducted after it is comfirmed recoverable.

We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is the result of giving out account information. If the information provided by the players is incredible, we reserve the right to punish players as we see fit, including but not limited to suspension of this privilege or account banning
