Account Hacked, and lost Data Recovery
a) If your account has been hacked and you want us to recover your data you can use this service.
b) We can't recover all your data. We can only restore up to 3 level's for resources and buildings, and
restore troop's data to the day before your account was hacked. If your heroes were dismissed, we
can provide only Level 1 heroes.
c) Accounts that have been hacked must be reported within 7 days.

Service Charge
The first time is free, each time after is 200 LO points each.

Notice
We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is
the result of giving out account information. If the information provided by a player is not credible, we reserve
 the right to punish players as we see fit, including but not limited to, suspension of this privilege or account
banning.
