1. Account Hacked: Recovering Lost Equipment and Items
a) If your account has been hacked, and you want us to recover your character and gear, you can apply for this service; however, please take note that this service is only available once a year.
b) This service is only available for characters Level 20 and above.
c) Please note the following: Items recovered will be those previously equipped (not those carried in your Backpack). Refining levels, engraved signatures, authenticated attributes on equipped items will NOT be restored.
d) You should note that this service is only available for those players who have reported their character lost within 20 working days from the date the character was lost. So if you lose your account, contact us as soon as possible.
2. Accidentally Deleted Character
a) If you accidentally delete your character then you should apply for this service.
b) This service is only available for characters Level 20 and above.
c) However, please note the following: Players need to re-create a character of their own for us to replace the items and related character information. Only the following will be restored: SP, Character Level, Remaining Money, Remaining Honor Points, Refining Expertise, Tailoring Expertise and Crafting Expertise. Please note the following: Items recovered will be those previously equipped (not those carried in your Backpack). Refining levels, engraved signatures, authenticated attributes on equipped items will NOT be restored.
d) You should note that this service is only available for those players who have accidentally deleted their characters within 20 working days from the date the character was deleted, so if you accidentally delete your character, contact us as soon as possible.
Service Charge
300 IGG points each time, with players enjoying one free use yearly.
If the item loss is caused by sharing accounts, you are not eligible for the free recovery.
Note
We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is the result of account information being shared or given away.
If the information provided by a player is suspected of being false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to punish players as we see fit including, but not limited, to suspension of this privilege or account banning.
All requests will be processed within 7 working days from the day of request received.
