Service Rules
1. Account Hacked, and recover lost gear
a) If your account is hacked, and you want us to recover your gear, you can apply for this service.
b) This service is only available for characters Level 30+.
c) We can assist in recovering gear attributes, but we can't guarantee that we will recover all your items.
d) Accounts that have been hacked need to be reported within 30 days.

2. Accidentally deleted character
a) Only characters that have been accidentally deleted can apply for this service .
b) This service is only available for characters Level 30+.
c) We will do our best to recover all character level info and equipped items, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover everything.
d) Deleted characters need to be reported within 30 days.

Service Charge
The first time is free and 200 IGG points each time afterwards.

We reserve the right to refuse to help recover character data or gear if we have reason to believe that it is the result of giving out account information. If the information provided by the players is incredible, we reserve the right to punish players as we see fit, including but not limited to suspension of this privilege or account banning.
