We are sorry, to make sure our VIPs get the best and fastest service, our IGG VIP LS only takes care of VIP accounts related problems.
If you have an VIP account and you want your other non-VIP account get a better service, we sincerely suggest you bind your non-VIP account to your VIP account after you become 2-Star VIP or 3-Star VIP.
