The following is a simplified guide for you to submit the getPAID problem:

1 Click on the Service Center, and then click on Submit Issues

2 Click on getPAID Forms at the end of the first column, where you will see the getPAID Issues selection in the middle column

3 Click on getPAID Issues, choose the type of problem you are submitting a complaint about, then fill out in the forms
