There are three parts to online service:
1. Waiting: Your question has just been submitted, and is waiting to be collected.
2. In process: Your question was sent to the corresponding department official
3. Processed: Your question has been dealt with and there is a result.

If you felt that your question has not been resolved when the status reaches 'processed', please re-sumbit it.
