How do I upgrade to 2-Star VIP and 3-Star VIP?

When 1-Star VIP account has consumed $600.00 or more within the 12 months valid period, you can log in to the VIP Zone, and click "My Account" in the home page. After that, access the secondary page, and click the green "Upgrade" button. Fill out the application form for a 2-Star VIP. Our staff will call or send a letter to confirm the submission within 7 days. The account will be successfully upgraded after confirmation has occurred, and the valid duration will start from the first day of the next month.

When 2-Star VIP account has consumed $2000.00 or more within the 12 months valid period, the account will be upgraded automatically from the first day of the next month. The 3-Star VIP valid duration will be calculated from this time, and without phone confirmation.

Please Note the Following:

Please be sure to fill out the correct contact number and contact time for when we make our phone confirmation. A phone confirmation serves as a security feature for your IGG account, and makes sure you are the one using your account. The confirmation will include:

(A)Account for Upgrading
(B)Birthday
(C)Payment Methods of IGG points, and past orders

If any of the following occurs when we attempt to confirm your account, you will need to contact Live Support:

1.Non-English speakers
2.no contact method.    etc.

We will send a letter of authorization to you. Once you have responded with the correct information, we can upgrade the account.
